Consumer Protection & Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
Reach Renewables LTD is committed to providing uncompromised engineering and exceptional customer service. To ensure absolute transparency and consumer protection, we operate under strict industry guidelines.
Scheme Membership: Reach Renewables LTD is a fully registered member of the NAPIT Competent Person Scheme (Membership No: 77735) and is fully accredited to self-certify our installations.
TrustMark Registration: Through our scheme provider, we are proud members of TrustMark, the Government-endorsed quality scheme for home improvements. We comply fully with the TrustMark Framework Operating Requirements.
Business Insurance: We maintain comprehensive professional protections, including Public Liability Insurance up to £5,000,000 and Professional Indemnity Insurance up to £500,000, protecting your property at every stage of construction.
Complaints Procedure & ADR: We aim to resolve any customer concerns quickly and amicably. In the unlikely event that a dispute cannot be resolved directly between us, customers have access to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) process. Disputes can be formally escalated through NAPIT’s consumer complaints procedure or via the TrustMark dispute handling framework.
Our operational standards are guided by our formal Customer Charter.
